Q: Am I under any obligation if I fill out the info on the Contact Page?

A: No! There is absolutely no obligation. We use this form to review your information with full confidentiality to get a sense of your property so we can call you to get more information or to set up a viewing of your home.  Even after we view your home or if we make you an offer, you are not obligated to sell.

Q: Is there any risk, obligation or charge?

A: There are No Obligations, NO charges or commissions to work with us.  We’ll make you an offer, and if it’s a fit… we’ll buy your house (and we sometimes pay for the closing costs too!).

Q: What type of properties do you buy?

A: We purchase all types of property. This includes Single Family Homes, Condos, Multi-Unit Homes, Townhouses, Apartment Buildings, Commercial Properties and even land!

Q: Can You Stop Power Of Sale or Forclosure?
A: ABSOLUTELY - We can put a stop to a power of sale dealing directly with the financial organization that you have your mortgage with. Contact us immediately or the bank may take possession of your home. This would ruin your credit for up to 7 years.

Q: How are you different from real estate agents?

A: Real estate agents “list” your property and hope that someone will buy them.  Often times the realtors commission is 4%-5% of the sales price -so if it’s a $200,000 house, you’ll pay between $9,000 – $11,300 in commissions (including HST) to an agent. This uncertainty can cause great stress and anxiety to the seller. We buy houses for CASH. We don't charge any commissions or fees.

Q: How Much Will You Pay Me?
A: As investors, we buy a property with a win-win situation. We want to make sure that when we buy, you take money out of your house (as we save you thousands of dollars in fees, commissions etc.) and we are looking for a feasible property to invest in so we can bring it to its full potential. How much we're able to pay for your house relies on various factors. You'll have an answer within 48 hours.  We will buy your house fast, AS-IS, and without you doing any repairs or additional work. 

Q: How fast can you buy my house?

A: We can have a written offer usually within 48 hours after we view your home. We can close within 14 days or any closing date that suits your needs.

Q: Where do you buy?

A: We mainly purchase real estate in the Southern Ontario area as shown at the bottom of our Home Page.

Q: What types of homes do you buy?
